These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Bulugo Ltd ("Bulugo", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

• "Platform" means the Bulugo website, APIs, chat-based services, and all related tools
• "User" means any individual or entity that accesses the Platform
• "Buyer" means a User seeking to procure marine fuel
• "Supplier" means a User offering marine fuel for sale
• "Services" means all services provided through the Platform

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or fraudulent information
• Attempt to circumvent security features
• Scrape or extract data without authorisation
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Send spam or harassing content via our chat services

4. Chat-Based Services

By using our WhatsApp and Telegram services, you acknowledge that messages are processed by our AI systems and may be reviewed by our team. Your use of third-party messaging platforms is also subject to their terms of service.

5. Subscription Terms & Payment

Details of current plans are available on our Pricing page. Paid tiers are billed monthly via Stripe and auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of your billing period.

6. Indicative Pricing & Market Data

Bulugo provides indicative pricing for informational purposes only. This data does not constitute financial advice and may not reflect real-time or executable prices.

7. Supplier/Buyer Matching

Bulugo facilitates introductions but does not guarantee any transaction will be completed or the quality of any party. All transactions are conducted directly between buyers and suppliers.

8. API Usage

• API access is available on paid plans as specified on the Pricing page
• Usage is subject to rate limits and fair use policies
• API keys must not be shared or exposed publicly
• Data may not be resold or used to build competing products without consent

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and data on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Bulugo Ltd. By submitting content, you grant Bulugo a non-exclusive licence to use it for providing the Services.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect damages, and our total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the preceding 12 months.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
